We are excited to announce that our mixed-use multi-family housing project for Colangelo Massachusetts Real Estate LLC. was approved by the Westborough Planning Board. The project will add a residential component to the already existing Westborough Shopping Center at 18 Lyman St. Two existing retails stores will be demolished, and a new four-story structure will be built in their place. The proposed building will have two ground-floor retail spaces with three levels of apartments above totaling 111 units ranging from studios to two bedrooms as well as an underground parking garage with 111 spaces. Also, as part of the overall project there will be a conversion of a separate existing building’s second floor office space into an additional 21 units.
